Creative Visualization
• Build up four resource state scenarios: (1) a low-arousal boredom, (2) a dissociated observation, (3) a decision-making, and (4) engage
• Chain them together
• Rehearse them several times

Use memories, imagery, and imagination to recreate and link a series of resource states that lead from low-arousal boredom to engaged focus. Rehearse several times. No notebook needed. Bring lots of energy and an active, playful imagination. This is a rigorous mental-emotional activity. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it.
